Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery destination and order value.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, BIOEFFECT may offer free shipping promotions. Any such promotions will be clearly communicated on the Website.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected.
Typical delivery times are:
- European Union: 2–7 business days
- Other European destinations: 3–10 business days

During peak periods, holidays, promotional campaigns, or circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may be longer.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All prices displayed on eu.bioeffect.com include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Customers will not be charged any additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees upon delivery within the European Union.
For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, BIOEFFECT will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment or refund.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.
BIOEFFECT cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and, where possible, provide photographs of the packaging and products received.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by completing our online Withdrawal Form, which is available in the footer of our Website. You may also use the model withdrawal form available there or contact us by email with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
