Returns:

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for defected products, those damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item was received. BIOEFFECT products purchased online are sold as-is.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email bioeffect@eu.bioeffect.com within 14 days of receiving the order, provide a proof of purchase, and details regarding the issue. We typically respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.
