Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy

At BIOEFFECT, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, and withdrawal from purchases made through eu.bioeffect.com.
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws relating to defective or non-conforming products.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You may do so using any of the following methods:
(a) by completing and submitting the online Withdrawal Form, available via the Withdrawal Form link in the footer of our Website;
(b) by completing the model withdrawal form set out in Section 8 below; or
(c) by sending any other clear statement of your decision to withdraw to our Customer Service team by email at bioeffect@eu.bioeffect.com.
Where you submit the online Withdrawal Form, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request without undue delay on a durable medium (for example, by email), confirming the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Returning Products
Once you have notified us of your intention to withdraw from your purchase, you must return the products to us within 14 days.
Products should be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible and packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
Please contact Customer Service before returning any products so that we can provide return instructions.
3. Refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by BIOEFFECT will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the products are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.
If products are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied, BIOEFFECT will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
5. Opened and Used Products
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery.
Accordingly, BIOEFFECT cannot accept returns of products that:
- Have been opened or used;
- Have had any protective seal removed;
- Cannot be resold due to hygiene considerations.
This limitation does not affect your statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
6. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at bioeffect@eu.bioeffect.com
We may request photographs or additional information to assist in evaluating the issue.
Where a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, BIOEFFECT will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including replacement, repair, or refund.
7. Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of returned products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
